What file formats do you accept?
We accept most common file formats, including PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, and AI files. In some cases, we also accept DWG and DXF files.

How long does a typical project take?
Most projects are delivered within 24–48 hours. More complex or highly customized projects may require additional time. If a longer turnaround is expected, you will be informed before production begins.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. One revision is included with every project. Additional revisions are available for €55 per revision.
How do I send my files?
Files can be uploaded directly through our contact form. If your files are too large, we can also accept cloud storage links such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.
Can I combine multiple services in the same order?
Yes. Many clients combine services such as Virtual Staging, Day-to-Dusk Conversion, Object Removal, Photo Enhancement, and Video Production within the same project
Can I request a custom service not listed on the website?
Absolutely. We regularly work on custom projects and tailored solutions for photographers, media companies, marketing agencies, developers, and design professionals. If you have a specific request, simply contact us and we will be happy to discuss the best solution for your project.
Can you create visuals not listed on the website?
Yes. We are always interested in new challenges and custom requests. If you need a service that is not listed, please contact us and we will evaluate the feasibility of your project.
Are projects reviewed by a human?
Yes. Every project is reviewed by an architect before delivery to ensure visual consistency, realism, and to identify potential AI-generated inaccuracies.
Are the images AI-generated? Will they look realistic?
Our services use AI-assisted workflows combined with professional human review. The goal is not to create generic AI images, but to produce realistic and commercially effective visuals based on the materials and instructions you provide.
Do you work with photographers, agencies, and designers?
Yes. We frequently collaborate with photographers, media companies, marketing agencies, designers, and real estate professionals.
We offer Partner Programs for recurring projects: volume discounts, priority turnaround, dedicated support, and custom pricing may be available.
What if I do not have enough reference material?
No problem. Send us the materials you have and we will help determine which services can be provided and what additional information may be useful to achieve the best possible result.
